Work Package 4: Exploitation

Description: Description: The exploitation work package contains all tasks that focus on preparing for successful exploitation. Exploitation is considered as one of the main project success factors. As to ensure that there is dedicated focus to exploitation, a separate work package is defined. This work package of course contains exploitation planning. However, more is included. The work package also focuses on collecting industrial data as to support in convincing industrial companies that project results actually work. Furthermore, the work package will ensure that project results are filtered into a set of productisable solutions. These are the project results with largest potential for successful exploitation, packaged in a way that is attractable to industry. Finally, the work package established and maintains links to other projects and monitors suitable standardisation initiatives as to ensure that project results flow into feasible and applicable other projects and networks.
